How long does a custom engagement ring take?
Typically 4–6 weeks from initial consultation to delivery. Once the design is signed off, the crafting itself takes 10 business days in our Brisbane workshop.
Can I see the diamond before it's set?
Yes. We present every diamond option in person at our Brisbane showroom, or via high-resolution video and full IGI/GIA certification if you're remote.
Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes — chemically, optically, and physically identical to mined diamonds, certified on the same 4Cs. The only difference is origin.
What's included in the lifetime warranty?
Free annual cleaning and inspection, full coverage on manufacturing defects, and free replacement of any side diamond under 0.10 carats.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — fully insured worldwide delivery on every Orlaithea ring. Most international orders arrive within 5–7 business days of dispatch.
Can I make changes during the process?
Absolutely. Most clients refine details across two or three rounds of design review before we move into crafting. Nothing is locked until you sign it off.
