After you have sent your request, Zac will reach out personally to talk through the specifics: the shapes you love, the references you have been saving, the feel you are after. By the time you arrive, every diamond and design you are considering will be set out and ready for you.

Can I really design a ring without ever visiting Brisbane?
Yes, the majority of our clients do exactly that. From first consultation to final delivery, every stage works beautifully online. You'll see diamonds in high resolution video, sign off on CAD renders, and receive your finished piece fully insured.
How does a virtual appointment work?
We schedule a 30 minute video call at a time that suits you, in any timezone. Zac walks you through diamond options, references, and design ideas, and we share visuals on screen in real time.
How long is an in-studio appointment?
60 minutes. You'll sit with the head designer, see diamonds in hand, try sample settings on your finger, and walk through the workshop where your piece will be made.
Is there any cost to book a consultation?
No. Both virtual and in-studio consultations are complimentary, with no obligation to proceed.
Where are you located?
Our studio and workshop is at 150 Edward Street, Brisbane. We ship rings worldwide and meet most international clients virtually.
