How long will it take to receive my order?
Our Current production window is usually 2-4 weeks for our custom pieces. If you have a deadline that needs to be hit, please reach out to us to confirm what is possible!
What happens during a virtual appointment?
Our Head designer Zac, will take the time to get to know you, your style, and your vision. They’ll walk you through diamond options, ring settings, and custom design possibilities using visuals, 3D renderings, and live feedback. It’s collaborative, creative, and totally tailored to you.
What if I still have questions after the appointment?
You’ll have direct access to your designer throughout the process. We’ll stay in touch via email and phone until you’re completely confident and ready. Think of us as your ring concierge, always just a message away.
