Our Custom Ring Process

01 Design Consultation

Whether before or after completing your Custom Order Form, we invite you to begin discussing the finer details of your dream ring. This includes exploring diamond options such as shape, clarity, size, and overall design elements. Consultations can be held in person at our Brisbane showroom, virtually via video, or through email or phone—whichever is most convenient for you.

You’ll be working directly with our Head Jewellery Designer or one of our master jewellers, ensuring your ring is thoughtfully crafted by the experts who bring it to life.

Our Custom Ring Design service is complimentary, with an estimated turnaround of 2–4 weeks. A 50% deposit is required to commence the custom creation process.

02 Bringing your vision to life

As part of the design process, you will receive a detailed technical drawing of your ring, illustrating your chosen specifications—helping you visualise every aspect of your future engagement ring.

This stage is conducted exclusively with our Head Jewellery Designer, ensuring a clear understanding of your vision and preferences.

You are welcome to make as many adjustments as needed. Each revision will be reflected in updated CAD (computer-aided design) renderings, so you can see your design evolve with complete clarity.

Once your design is finalised and approved, we will begin the meticulous crafting of your ring.

03 The Crafting Process

From the first sketch to the final polish, immense care is taken at every stage to ensure your ring is nothing short of extraordinary. The love and dedication poured into each creation is not only seen—but felt—every time you wear it.

04 Ring Completion

Once your ring is complete, our team will be in touch with a photo and video of your finished piece—so you can admire its beauty before it even reaches your hands. We’ll also provide all relevant shipping details or assist in scheduling a time for collection from our Brisbane showroom.

From this moment, the ring is yours—and the next chapter is in your hands. It’s now your turn to create the perfect proposal, filled with love, meaning, and a memory to last a lifetime.
