From first sketch to final polish: the four chapters between a conversation on Edward Street and a ring that exists nowhere else in the world.
Designed in Brisbane. Made by hand. Crafted around the diamond, the setting and the moment that's entirely yours, never anyone else's.
The design consultation
In person at our Brisbane showroom, by video call, or by email, whichever feels easiest. You'll work directly with our head designer to explore diamond shape, clarity, size, and the overall direction of your design. No catalogue to choose from, just a conversation about the ring you have in mind.
Bringing your vision to life
You'll receive a detailed technical drawing of your ring with every chosen specification, so you can see every angle before it's made. Make as many adjustments as you'd like: each revision is reflected in an updated CAD render, so your ring evolves with complete clarity, and nothing is crafted until you've signed off in writing.
The crafting process
A thousand-year-old craft, our master jewellers' forty plus years of combined experience, and a Brisbane workshop where every piece is made by hand from raw metal. From the first sketch to the final polish, immense care is taken at every stage. The love and dedication in each creation is not only seen, but felt, every time you wear it.
The completion
Once your ring is complete, we'll send a photo and video of the finished piece before it leaves our hands, along with its IGI or GIA certificate and a full valuation for insurance. We then arrange fully insured delivery anywhere in the world, or a collection time at the Brisbane showroom.
From this moment, the ring is yours. The next chapter is in your hands.

Questions, answered
How long does the whole process take?
Usually three to four weeks from first conversation to delivery. Design and revisions take one to two weeks depending on how many rounds you'd like, and the hand-crafting itself takes ten business days, with a video preview before your ring ships fully insured.
What does a custom ring cost?
Most commissions land between $4,000 and $7,000 complete, including a certified one carat lab-grown diamond. A 50% deposit begins the process after your complimentary consultation, and you receive a fixed quote in writing before any work starts.
Can I make changes during the design process?
As many as you'd like. Every adjustment is reflected in an updated CAD render so you can see exactly how the ring evolves, and nothing goes to the bench until you have signed off on the final design in writing.
What if I don't know what I want yet?
That's the most common starting point. Bring a Pinterest board, a photo, or just the story of the person the ring is for, and the design conversation shapes it from there. Nothing is locked in until you've seen it from every angle.
Can I use my own diamond or family heirloom?
Yes. Resetting a family stone into a new design is one of our favourite commissions. Bring it to your consultation and we will design around it, or pair it with lab-grown stones matched to its cut and colour.
Will I see the ring before it ships?
Always. We send a high resolution photo and video of the finished ring before it leaves the workshop, together with its IGI or GIA certificate and a full valuation for insurance.
