In person at our Brisbane showroom, by video call, or by email — whichever feels easiest. You'll work directly with our Head Jewellery Designer or one of our master jewellers to explore diamond shape, clarity, size, and the overall direction of your design.

Chapter two
Bringing your vision to life
You'll receive a detailed technical drawing of your ring with every chosen specification, so you can see every angle before it's made. This stage is led by our Head Designer.
Make as many adjustments as you'd like. Each revision is reflected in an updated CAD render so your ring evolves with complete clarity.

The crafting process
A thousand-year-old craft, our master jewellers' 40+ years of experience between them, and a Brisbane workshop where every piece is made by hand.
From the first sketch to the final polish, immense care is taken at every stage. The love and dedication in each creation is not only seen, but felt, every time you wear it.

Chapter four
Ring completion
Once your ring is complete, we'll send a photo and video of the finished piece before it leaves our hands. We then arrange fully insured delivery or a collection time at our Brisbane showroom.
From this moment, the ring is yours. The next chapter is in your hands.

How long does the whole process take?
The full custom journey typically runs 4 to 6 weeks. Design consultation and revisions take 2 to 4 weeks, and crafting takes 10 business days once the design is signed off.
What does a custom ring cost?
Our design service is complimentary. The ring itself depends entirely on the diamond and the setting you choose — we work transparently across every tier from $5,000 to $40,000+ and always quote before you commit.
Can I make changes during the design process?
As many as you'd like. Each revision is reflected in an updated CAD render, so you can see every adjustment before we move to crafting.
What if I don't know what I want yet?
Most clients don't — that's exactly what the consultation is for. Come with a few references, a vague idea, or nothing at all, and Zac will guide you through every option.
Can I use my own diamond or family heirloom?
Absolutely. We regularly redesign inherited diamonds or incorporate existing stones into new settings. Bring it along to the consultation and we'll work around it.
Will I see the ring before it ships?
Yes. We send a high-resolution photo and video of the finished ring before it leaves our hands, so you know exactly what's arriving.
