The round brilliant is the most studied cut in the history of diamonds, refined over a century to a mathematical ideal of 57 facets that return more light to the eye than any other shape. Nothing sparkles harder. It is the shape that never dates, never divides opinion, and looks correct in every setting we make, from the plainest solitaire to a full pave halo.
Because rounds are cut to a strict formula, quality differences show up in the grading rather than the outline, and this is where we are uncompromising. Every round we set is an ideal or excellent cut, E or F colour, VS1 clarity or better, certified by IGI or GIA. A round holds slightly less face-up spread than an elongated shape of the same carat, which is exactly why couples choose it: all of the weight goes into depth, and depth is what drives that signature fire.
Each ring on this page is hand-crafted to order at our atelier at 150 Edward Street, Brisbane, and can be made exactly as shown or adjusted around your stone, your metal, and your hand.
