At Orlaithea, each piece is made with care and intention. Because many of our designs are hand-crafted or made to order, shipping times may vary depending on the complexity of your piece.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer complimentary insured shipping Australia-wide on all jewellery orders. Once your item is complete and ready to ship, you'll receive tracking details and delivery confirmation. All parcels are sent via secure courier or Australia Post with signature required upon delivery.
Estimated Timeframes
If you require your jewellery by a specific date, please contact us prior to ordering. We'll always do our best to meet special requests.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery is a flat $30 AUD, sent fully insured via FedEx with signature required on delivery and full tracking provided. Delivery times vary by destination, typically 5 to 7 business days from dispatch to major cities. Please note that duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient, and a small number of destinations may be subject to courier availability for insured valuables. If you're unsure about your country, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are insured for peace of mind during transit. Once delivered and signed for, Orlaithea is no longer responsible for loss or damage.
