At Orlaithea, each piece is made with intention, care, and the highest level of craftsmanship. Because our jewellery is hand-crafted and often custom made, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Faulty Items
We take great pride in the quality of our work. In the rare event that your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the item and, if deemed faulty, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.
To report a fault, please email us at zac@orlaithea.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. Items must be returned in unworn condition with all original packaging and documentation.

Sizing
Every ring includes one complimentary resize within 90 days of delivery, carried out at our Brisbane workshop. Full eternity bands and certain designs cannot be resized in the usual way; we will advise on the best approach for your piece.
Ready to Ship Exchanges
Every ready to ship engagement ring purchase includes a complimentary 30 day exchange into our custom design service, so your purchase can become the credit toward a fully custom commission.
